Plain, non-customised items may be returned for a refund of the item cost within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Please allow 7 working days for a credit to be applied to your account.
Please ensure that you enclose a copy of the Delivery Note with your return (if you are unable to do this, please supply the Sales Order number from the Delivery Note where it can be seen).

Customised & Downloadable items
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised or available through download unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.
If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us to discuss the issue.
Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by you before production. And we are not responsible for any results not reached through our self-help ebooks, audio and video.
