Triple J Group Ltd, trading as Coach Johnny, is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Johnny Hussain provides the coaching and creates the personal-development content offered through this website.

For questions about personal information, email info@johnnyhussain.com.

1. Information that may be collected

The information collected depends on how you use the website and may include:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number and other contact details.
  • Information you provide through an enquiry, booking request or message.
  • Account information, order history, billing details and eBook download records.
  • Your email preferences and a record of when, how and what you agreed to receive.
  • Payment status and transaction references supplied by the payment provider. Full card details are not intentionally collected through this website.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and cookie choices.
  • Information you choose to share when discussing a potential coaching need.

Please avoid including highly sensitive personal information in a general website enquiry unless it is necessary. Any information required within an agreed coaching relationship will be explained separately where appropriate.

2. How information is collected

  • When you submit a contact or coaching enquiry.
  • When you create an account or purchase an eBook.
  • When you contact Coach Johnny by email or through social media.
  • Automatically through essential website technology and, where you consent, analytics or other non-essential cookies.

3. Why information is used

  • To respond to enquiries and discuss suitable coaching support.
  • To manage customer accounts, process eBook orders and provide downloads.
  • To communicate about an order, booking or service you have requested.
  • To maintain website security, prevent misuse and resolve technical problems.
  • To understand website use and improve content where the required consent has been given.
  • To meet accounting, tax, legal and regulatory responsibilities.
  • To send optional updates only where there is a lawful basis to do so and an unsubscribe option is provided.

4. Lawful bases

Depending on the purpose, information may be used because:

  • Contract: it is needed to take steps at your request or provide something you have purchased or booked.
  • Consent: you have made a clear choice, such as accepting non-essential cookies or optional marketing.
  • Legitimate interests: it is reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, or manage the service, provided your rights do not override those interests.
  • Legal obligation: it is needed to comply with tax, accounting or other legal requirements.

Where information is treated as special category data under UK data protection law, an additional lawful condition will be identified before it is intentionally processed.

5. Who information may be shared with

Personal information is not sold or rented. It may be shared only where necessary with:

  • Website, WooCommerce, hosting and technical-support providers.
  • The secure payment provider selected at checkout.
  • Email, booking, file-storage or communication providers used to respond or deliver a service.
  • Analytics providers where the relevant cookie consent has been given.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts or public authorities where legally required.

Providers are expected to protect information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

6. International processing

Some technology providers may store or access information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law will be used, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.

7. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to manage an account or relationship, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes or establish legal rights. Inactive customer accounts may be deleted after 24 months without a login or purchase. Unpaid pending and failed orders may be deleted after 7 days, and cancelled orders after 30 days. Personal information within completed and refunded orders may normally be retained for up to 7 years for accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. Records may be kept longer where a legal obligation, active dispute or regulatory requirement applies. Other information is periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Email-list details are normally kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the consent is no longer considered current. A limited suppression record may be retained so that an unsubscribe request can continue to be respected.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

8. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for access to your personal information.
  • Ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected.
  • Ask for information to be deleted or its use restricted in certain circumstances.
  • Object to certain uses, including direct marketing.
  • Receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis being relied upon.

To make a request, email info@johnnyhussain.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies, children and external websites

Please read the Cookie Policy for information about cookies and similar technologies. The website and online shop are not directed at children, and personal information from anyone under 16 is not knowingly collected without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy information.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, services, providers or legal requirements change. The latest date will be shown at the top of the page.

Legal & policies

Cookie Policy

Back to legal index ↑

Cookies help websites remember information, provide essential shop and account features and, where you agree, understand how the website is used.

This policy should be read with the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to info@johnnyhussain.com.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage or tracking pixels, can perform related functions. Some are necessary for a website to work. Others require a choice from you before they are used.

2. Categories that may be used

Strictly necessary cookies

These support essential functions such as website security, remembering cookie choices, keeping eBooks in a WooCommerce basket, operating checkout and maintaining a customer login. Because the website cannot provide these requested functions without them, they are normally active by default.

Functional cookies

These may remember optional choices or enable enhanced features. If a functional cookie is not essential, it will only be used where the relevant choice has been made.

Analytics and performance cookies

Where enabled, analytics tools may help explain which pages are visited and how people move through the website. These cookies will not be set until the required consent has been provided.

Marketing and embedded-content cookies

Videos, social-media features or marketing services may use third-party technology. Non-essential technology in this category will only be activated after the relevant consent, where required.

3. Your cookie choice

When you first visit the live website, the cookie banner will allow you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting them should be as straightforward as accepting them. You will also be able to reopen the cookie settings and change your decision.

Cookie settings

The live WordPress website will include a working cookie-settings control linked to the consent banner.

4. Current cookie details

The exact cookie names, providers, purposes and durations depend on the services active on the live WordPress and WooCommerce website. The live cookie-settings panel will hold the current list produced from a website scan. It should be reviewed whenever a plugin, analytics tool, payment option or embedded service changes.

5. Third-party services

Some cookies may be provided by services used for payment, analytics, video, social content or other website functions. Those providers may process information under their own privacy information. Non-essential third-party cookies will be controlled through the website’s consent settings where required.

6. Browser controls

You can also use your browser settings to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the basket, account, checkout or other parts of the website from working correctly. Browser controls do not replace the consent choices that should be available on the website.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when website technology, providers or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.

Terms & Conditions

Back to legal index ↑

This website is operated by Johnny Hussain, also known as Coach Johnny, and focuses on life coaching, NLP and behaviour change coaching, faith-based coaching and digital self-development eBooks.

Please read these terms before using the website or purchasing a digital product. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

1. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or connected systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, disrupt the website or misuse forms and communication tools.
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit content without permission.
  • Use the website in a way that is unlawful, misleading or infringes another person’s rights.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website copy, branding, videos, exercises, downloadable resources and eBooks are owned by or licensed to Triple J Group Ltd and/or Johnny Hussain. Purchasing an eBook gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use that copy.

You must not share download links or account access, upload an eBook publicly, resell it, reproduce substantial parts, use it to train a commercial system, or distribute it to others without written permission.

3. Coaching enquiries and bookings

Website information and an initial conversation do not guarantee that coaching will be offered or that a particular approach will be suitable. If coaching is agreed, the session format, price, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any specific boundaries will be confirmed before the service begins.

Coaching requires the client’s participation and personal responsibility. No specific personal, emotional, relationship, career or financial outcome is guaranteed. Please read the Website Disclaimer for important professional boundaries.

4. eBook descriptions and orders

Product pages describe each digital eBook and show the price payable in pounds sterling. Please check the title and order total before payment. An order is accepted when payment has been authorised and an order confirmation is issued, subject to any fraud, pricing or technical checks.

If an obvious pricing or product-description error is identified before supply, you will be contacted and may choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a refund of any amount already paid.

5. Digital delivery and accounts

eBooks are supplied digitally rather than by post. Download instructions will be made available after a successful order through the confirmation page, order email, customer account or a combination of these methods. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping your account and download links secure.

Temporary maintenance or a technical problem may occasionally delay access. If a paid download is not available, contact info@johnnyhussain.com with the order name, email and order number where available.

6. Cancellation and digital-content rights

Digital downloads have specific cancellation rules. If you ask for the digital content to be supplied during the usual 14-day cancellation period, the checkout will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost once the download begins.

This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care. If you have not begun the download, or believe a legal remedy applies, contact info@johnnyhussain.com so the circumstances can be reviewed.

7. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed using the secure option shown at checkout. No additional charge will be added without your clear agreement. Any refund that is due will normally be made to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.

Refund wording on a product or booking page must always be read alongside your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.

8. Availability and responsibility

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, responsibility will not extend to losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed or that result from misuse of the website, account or digital content.

9. External links, privacy and cookies

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content, security and terms are controlled by them. Personal information and website technology are explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

These terms may be updated for future website use and purchases. The version applying to an order is the version made available when that order was placed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections you receive under the law that applies where you live.

Questions can be sent to info@johnnyhussain.com.

Legal & policies

Website Disclaimer

Back to legal index ↑

The information on johnnyhussain.com is intended to support reflection, personal growth, confidence, clarity and purposeful action. It is general information and should be considered alongside your own circumstances and judgement.

1. Coaching is not therapy or medical care

Life coaching and NLP-based coaching are not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis or medical care. Website content, coaching conversations and eBooks do not replace support from a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor or another appropriately qualified professional.

Do not delay or stop medical or mental-health treatment because of information found on this website. If you are in immediate danger or believe someone may be at risk, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified crisis support without delay.

2. NLP and behaviour change

NLP and behaviour-change tools are provided for coaching, reflection and personal development. They are not presented as a scientific or clinical treatment and may not be suitable for every person or situation. You remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you and for seeking specialist advice where needed.

3. Faith-based coaching

Faith-based coaching may explore values, beliefs, meaning, resilience and personal responsibility. It is not formal religious instruction, a religious ruling or a substitute for advice from a recognised religious scholar or leader where that is what you require. People of different faiths or no faith are treated with respect.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Examples, stories and exercises are shared to support understanding, not to promise a particular result. Personal outcomes vary and depend on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, effort, readiness and external events. Testimonials or examples describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of what another person will achieve.

5. eBooks and website content

eBooks, articles, videos and downloadable resources are educational self-development materials. They are not personalised advice. Although reasonable care is taken when preparing content, information may become outdated and cannot cover every circumstance. You should verify information and seek qualified advice before making an important health, legal, financial or safety decision.

6. Personal responsibility and safety

You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take after using this website or its resources. Pause an exercise if it causes distress or feels unsuitable. Coaching may challenge thinking, but it should not be used to pressure you into a decision or replace your right to seek independent support.

7. External links

Links to external websites or social platforms are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, security and privacy practices are outside Coach Johnny’s control, and a link does not necessarily mean that every view or statement on that service is endorsed.

8. Liability and your legal rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, the website and general information are used at your discretion, and no responsibility is accepted for losses caused by unreasonable reliance, unauthorised use or applying general material without considering your own circumstances.

Your statutory consumer rights in relation to paid services and digital content remain unaffected.

9. Contact

If you are unsure whether coaching is appropriate, use the contact page to explain what support you are looking for. You may be advised to speak with another qualified professional where your needs fall outside coaching.
