This is my story
For more than 26 years, I have helped people grow through clarity, confidence and purpose. But my understanding of growth did not begin in a classroom.
It began with change, hardship, faith and the need to rebuild my own life more than once. What I share today is not borrowed motivation. It is lived experience turned into practical tools that help people create genuine change.
I was raised between America and England, in a family shaped by both Islam and Christianity, and in homes that changed almost every year.
By seventeen, I had moved more than seventeen times and attended over ten schools. I faced racism, instability and battles that forced me to become strong before I fully understood what strength meant.
I escaped the life I had known and built a banking career from the ground up. I progressed from cashier to Deputy National Sales Coach for HSBC, often becoming the youngest person in the roles I held.
That journey taught me about people, behaviour, communication and the difference the right support can make when somebody is ready to grow.
Life looked secure from the outside. I had a career, a home and a family. Then divorce, homelessness, debt and mental-health struggles changed everything.
At my lowest point, I nearly gave up. But the hardest chapter of my life became the place where I began to understand forgiveness, patience and the courage required to start again.
Faith gave me a foundation when everything else felt uncertain. It helped me rebuild my life as a single father of three boys and reconnect with the person I wanted to become.
Through that process, I found my purpose: helping other people rebuild their confidence, understand their mindset and move forward with strength of their own.
What I came to believe

That is why my coaching is grounded, practical and human. I do not teach from a place of perfection. I help from a place of understanding.
How this shapes my coaching
I will challenge you when it helps, support you when it matters and always treat your experience with respect. The goal is not dependence on a coach. It is confidence in yourself.
Faith is available as an anchor for people who want it, bringing reflection, gratitude and purpose into the work we do together.
We look honestly at the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours shaping your life, then develop practical ways to change what no longer serves you.
You leave with actions and tools you can use in the real world. Progress should be something you can live, not just something you discuss.

My mission
I want people to leave coaching thinking more clearly, feeling stronger and knowing what they can do next. Not because I gave them all the answers, but because they learned how to find strength and direction within themselves.
