I’m Johnny Hussain — better known as Coach Johnny.
For over 25 years, I’ve been helping people and businesses grow through clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I’ve coached and trained more than 10,000 individuals, supported over 100 businesses, helped 1,500 people become certified in NLP, and spoken on stages to audiences of 10,000+ people across the UK, US, and UAE.
My journey didn’t begin in a seminar room or a boardroom — it began with faith, hardship, and an unbreakable will to rise.
💫 The Story of Little Johnny
I was raised between America and England, in a family split between two faiths — Islam and Christianity — and in homes that changed almost every year.
By seventeen, I’d moved more than 17 times and attended over 10 schools. Life was unpredictable, loud, and often unfair.
I grew up on the streets, faced racism, discrimination, and constant battles — sometimes literally.
But through it all, I learned one thing: you have to be strong.
I escaped that life and built a banking career from the ground up, rising from cashier to Deputy National Sales Coach for HSBC, often the youngest in every role.
Life looked perfect — a good job, a home, a family. Then everything changed.
Divorce, homelessness, debt, and mental-health struggles took everything I’d built.
At my lowest point, I nearly gave up — but faith pulled me back.
🌱 Rebuilding Through Faith
Faith became my anchor.
It taught me forgiveness, patience, gratitude, and the courage to start again.
Through that process, I discovered my true purpose — to help others rebuild just as I did.
I became a life coach and NLP Master Practitioner, dedicated to guiding people through mindset and behaviour change grounded in faith and practical psychology.
I rebuilt my life as a single father of three boys, raising them with love, discipline, and belief — and I began teaching others how to do the same in their own lives.
What I share now isn’t theory — it’s lived experience turned into tools that work.
