Which email address should I use to sign in?
Use the email address connected to your WooCommerce account or previous order. Keeping the same email helps your purchases and downloads remain together.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Choose the password-recovery option on the login form. WooCommerce will send a secure reset link to the email address registered to your account.
I purchased as a guest. Can I still access my eBook?
Your order email should contain the download information provided after purchase. If you cannot find it, contact Coach Johnny using the same email address you used at checkout so the order can be identified.
Where will I find my purchased eBooks?
Once signed in, your available digital files will appear within the Downloads area of your WooCommerce customer account.
Can I change my account email or password?
Yes. The Account Details area allows you to update the information connected to your customer login once you are signed in.
What if I still cannot access my order?
Use the contact form or email info@johnnyhussain.com. Include the name and email address used for the purchase, but never send your password.
