I’m Johnny Hussain — a UK-based leadership, management and sales coach and trainer. Over the last 25 years, I’ve worked with everyone from new starters to directors, across small businesses and global brands. I coach people at all levels to lead better, communicate smarter, and perform at their best — and I train teams to do the same.
I’ve helped develop over 10,000 individuals and worked with more than 100 organisations, including HSBC, Jeunesse Global, BM Group, SThree, and The Brain People. I’ve delivered national training academies, built leadership programmes from scratch, and spoken on stage to crowds of 10,000+.

📝 My Background
I’ve spent the last two decades designing and delivering training across the UK, Europe, and the US. I was the first sales coach to introduce sales coaching into the UK market, and have led training teams in banks, global product companies, and leadership academies.
From launching the HSBC National Sales Academy, to helping grow a UK sales team of 10,000+ at Jeunesse Global, I’ve worked at the frontline of sales and leadership development for over two decades.
